Video Craft Staff Production Judges
The Aurora Awards is an international competition designed to recognize excellence in the film and video industries. It specifically targets products, programs and commercials that would not normally have the opportunity to compete on a national level, by focusing on non-national commercials, regional or special interest entertainment and corporate sponsored film and video. Scott Gray, Tony Hope and Nate Tull will spend there spare time pouring through film and video with a keen eye for editing, creative design and communication skills. “It was an honor to be asked to be a judge for this prestigious award”, said Tony Hope, VP of Operations at Video Craft. “To be a judge means that someone out there has seen your work and thinks that you know what you’re doing. It’s really the greatest compliment we can receive.” “I think that The Legend of the Smith House Mine documentary put us on the radar within the inner circle of the production industry. It’s been a real springboard into the high- level production arena.” said Scott Gray, President. The Legend of the Smith House Mine won the Best of Show, Platinum award for the Aurora in 2008, as well as, a 2008 Telly Award. The judging will begin mid February with the winners being announced in the spring of 2009. |
Our post-production staff has just completed final editing for a TV campaign. These 30-second spots will feature
high performance tire products.
Showcasing the tires was a beautiful Audi S4 along with a beautiful girl
who is heading out for a night on the town.
