Spanish Training For The North American Mission Board

Having just returned from Nashville, TN, Video Craft Productions will now begin the post-production phase of a Spanish version of Basic Training II For Church Planting Teams, a training DVD that Video Craft produced in English over three years ago.  The North American Mission Board uses the DVD and online product for Southern Baptist missionaries to sharpen their skills as pastors and leaders of new churches across North America.

“There are certainly challenges when producing in languages other than English says Scott Gray, managing partner at Video Craft.  We hired a bilingual interpreter for on-site assistance.  Jerry Adams was invaluable in directing the live switch production.  We had a Spanish speaking audience and facilitators.  I don’t speak a lick of Spanish, so Jerry was my “best friend” while I switched video for the live recording.”

The navigational DVD will be available for distribution in January 2008.  Video Craft is working in conjunction with EyeOn Creative Media Group who will prepare the training material for use online.
