Maxxis 2008

Our most recent Maxxis project challenged the Video Craft team to produce a commercial that could be used in many different venues and program slots.  Branding Maxxis as a diverse tire manufacturer was the main objective, all the while appealing to an extreme sport audience.  Damaged film techniques using After Effects were applied to footage acquired by Video Craft for the 2007 Maxxis promotional DVD.

Crown Mountain Women’s Health

Crown Mountain Women’s Health decided that this commercial should have a “personal feel”, so we cast Dr. French and Dr. Reynold’s who both provided an outstanding on-screen presentation. Lighting was critical as we achieved a clean, sterile background often seen in the medical industry. Dolly motion provided a smooth, comfortable feel as well.

Dawson Clinic

Not every television commercial has to “break the bank”. Often times running commercial spots on local or regional cable channels can be effective advertising. Video Craft will work hard to provide your business with a commercial spot that gets attention, and one that maintains a quality look even with limited budgets. This Dawson Clinic spot utilized still photography rather than motion video to keep a lid on the budget.

Maxxis ATV

After shooting for a corporate promotional, the ATV division at Maxxis Tires wanted to produce an action packed spot for The Speed Channel to air during ATV races. Color correction was implemented in order to stay with the orange branding for which Maxxis is famous. Once the raw footage has been acquired, this style commercial is very economical to produce.

Maxxis Tires

Getting the “best bang for buck”, Maxxis produced a series of music style commercials using footage acquired for a promotional project.  Since the original footage was shot in 16:9 widescreen format the decision was made to use this footage in 4:3 letterbox format in final output for broadcast. We then branded the Maxxis logo along with their orange theme in the letterbox area.

Singing In The Mountains

This commercial was produced with a style commonly seen on local cable and Superstations to sell musical performances on CD and/or DVD.  This production style has proven itself successful for direct advertising to target audiences and during targeted time slots.

Trophyline

The group from Trophyline asked that we capture the excitement and emotion of a bow hunter during the pinnacle of a hunt.  This emotion had to be captured with less than 20 seconds of available on-air time.  We attached a “lipstick’ camera to the bow and used wide angle lenses to get up-close to the hunter… to put the audience in the tree. Sound effects and folio work provided the audio necessary for the full effect.
